Arkansas youth
hunt is Dec. 22-23, for all children under the
age of 16.
Coot daily bag limit - 15. The possession
limit is twice the daily bag limit.
Merganser daily bag limit - 5. No more
than one may be a hooded merganser. The possession limit is twice the daily bag
limit.
